TheWorxHub by Dude Solutions is a work order management tool utilized by community teams. TheWorxHub paired with K4Community allows resident users to submit maintenance requests with K4Community Plus.

Once enabled, the WorxHub dashboard will remain as the single source of information. This means that K4Community/Team Hub acts as a pass-through of information and respective community staff do not have to access K4Community to manage WorxHub information. All management should be conducted in the WorxHub dashboard.
With TheWorxHub, residents are able to easily submit work orders in K4Community Plus from the Requests section of the app.
Submitting a Work Order
All community work order forms can be found in the Requests section of K4Community Plus. After the resident user fills out and submits the form, they will receive an email confirmation — this email confirmation will be sent instantly.
Note: if the resident user does not have an email address in K4Community, they will not receive an email confirmation.
Within the next 3 hours, the work order will appear in your TheWorxHub dashboard.
Receiving Updates to a Work Order
When the status of the work order is changed in TheWorxHub, a card will appear in the Requests section of Plus informing the resident user that a change has been made to their work order. The resident is not sent a notification.
