STEP 1

The first, and most important, step of successfully implementing K4Community Voice is ensuring your community has adequate Wi-Fi.

Please download, review, and sign the Network Requirements doc and ensure your community’s Wi-Fi meets the outlined parameters.

Description:

In order for our team to provision your community’s devices, we must receive the building units. Please fill out and return the Building Units form.

STEP 2

INTEGRATIONS: During this time we are setting up your integrations. Depending on the integrations your community is contracted for, the steps will vary. Our team will work with you directly through this process.

Please provide us with your community census and a list of staff members needing access to Team Hub.

Ensure content is published to Voice on a regular basis. If residents don’t have content to interact with, they won’t have a reason to use Alexa!

Educate the staff

Read through the K4Community Voice page on the K4Connect Support Center. This includes the Voice sub-docs.

Educate the residents
