Community staff who have access to multiple communities (typically these are users at the Operator level), have the option to switch between communities and view the Plus App content for any of their community associations. Residents and staff who only have access to one community will not see this option on their Profile screen.

To access the Community Switcher, access your profile screen. For mobile tap on your profile picture. For web, click the Profile dropdown and select Profile.

Scroll down to “Select a community” and click the dropdown field. Select the community you want to switch to and click confirm. Your app will remain in that community unless you switch to another one.
