Folders are organized within K4Community Plus by 6 standard categories: Notice, Resource, Menu, Photo, Video, and Requests. Once a folder has been created, it is then stored in Team Hub’s Post Manager for easy repeatable use.

To add a new folder, simply type in the name of the folder in Post Manager you wish to create, followed by selecting “Create [name] Folder”. To edit an existing folder, please contact our Support Team or your Customer Success Manager.
