K4Connect's Q2 2024 Release

We’re pleased to announce our newest release which includes the addition of some great new features and integrations along with the new 4.3 version of K4Community Plus!

Smart Home Scene Creator

Version 4.3 of K4Community Plus app includes Smart Home Scene Creator which enhances residents’ convenience and control by enabling them to create custom smart home device automation based on their preferences and routines. Residents can configure devices to perform specific actions triggered by time of day or by changes to other devices all from the Home Controls section of their K4Community Plus app.

Custom Themes and White-labeling

Customize your K4Community Plus app color scheme to match your community’s brand colors or take advantage of our White-labeling feature which publishes an app to the app stores under your custom name and color scheme providing residents with a more seamless community living experience.

New FusionOS Integrations

Our new Inbound SMS Text integration allows staff to create announcements in the K4Community Plus app simply by texting a phone number provided by K4. That text will create a Post in Team Hub that is surfaced in the app.

The new Microsoft Teams Integration adds a button to the in-app Chat feature of K4Community Plus that offers residents the option to send a message to a virtual Community Staff user. That message is then posted into a shared Teams channel of the community’s choice where any available staff can respond.
