Overview
Canva is one of the premiere design and visual communication platforms available today. With the K4Community integration, you can leverage the design templates and flexibility of Canva with the automation of K4Connect’s dynamic data widgets.

- Canva subscription (can be the free version)
Implementation
Canva can be implemented immediately at no additional cost by searching Canva’s app store for “K4Community”. Once the app is installed, you’ll be prompted to log into your K4Community Plus instance and all the widgets that are available in the Team Hub will now be available to use on your Canva creations.
Staff Experience
Once the K4Community app is enabled, any designs created in Canva can be published directly to Digital Signage or Direct Broadcast from within the Canva app. Once shared, any updates made to the source data will be reflected in the K4 Widgets on Digital Signage and Direct Broadcast screens, preventing staff from needing to update multiple systems.
The design can also be saved and shared as a Post in the K4Community Plus App. (Note: Once the design is saved as a static file, Dynamic Widgets do not update automatically)
