Staff Experience
Once enabled, the MatrixCare dashboard will remain as the single source of information. This means that K4Community acts as a pass-through of information and community staff are not required to have access to K4Community Plus or Team Hub to manage MatrixCare information. All management will be conducted in the MatrixCare dashboard and K4Community will handle communicating updates to the residents through K4Community Plus.
Resident Experience
With the Matrix Care integration residents are able to see up-to-date and accurate details regarding their fellow residents’ contact information and other demographics. Residents maintain the ability to hide some or all of their information in the K4Community Plus app without affecting the source information in MatrixCare.
