Overview
Microsoft Teams is a communication platform by Microsoft that integrates with Office 365 to provide chat, video conferencing, file storage, and application integration. It facilitates real-time communication and teamwork by allowing users to create and join teams, share documents, and conduct meetings from a single interface.

Staff Experience
Staff will share the responsibility of replying to resident chats by replying from a generic staff user inside of Microsoft Teams. This increases visibility into the types of questions residents are asking and prevents residents from messaging any one staff member directly.
Resident Experience
Residents will see an additional contact in their Chat section of the K4Community Plus app where they’ll be invited to send a message to the community staff.
